Link11, a global IT security specialist, is strengthening its existing management team of Jens-Philipp Jung (CEO), Karsten Desler (CTO) and Rolf Gierhard (CRO) by bringing on Maximilian Haakh as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Maximilian Haakh will lead the company’s financial strategy and will also be responsible for IT, HR and Legal to support Link11’s growth with his expertise. His many years of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and strategic corporate development make him a valuable asset for Link11.

Maximilian Haakh has a proven track record in successfully executing M&A transactions, developing comprehensive financial and corporate strategies, and optimizing financial processes. Most recently, he was responsible for corporate development, M&A and strategy at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he identified and evaluated potential acquisitions and strategic investments. Prior to that, he has built a wealth of valuable experience in investment banking and management consulting.
